Firewall Installed

Hello,

This may sound like a strange question work in customer support for an
internet based software company and many times people have connection issues
but do not have any idea if they a firewall installed on their system.
(Win95 - XP). What I would like to know is if there is an easy was way to
determine if they have a personal firewall installed. Possibly something in
their ipconfig etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
