I doubt that there is any way to bypass the port block because it is remote from
your system and between you and the internet. In any case, if you start running
a public server on your cable connection you will lose it. Read the EULA.
If you insist on running a server accessible from the internet, you can use a
non standard port that isn't being blocked. Try port 23, which is normally used
for Telnet.
