neglected to mention.
I have a static IP with a domain registered to it and I serve web on a
number of servers/over a number of ports - mostly Linux/apache, but
I'm only have the issue with the iis5 server which is not even serving
over port 80. The attacks do not seem to affect the network using of
my linux/apache servers.
Right now server based zone alarm on the win2000 iis5 server is
blocking the attacks and restored router performance to it's original
state.
