I had the same problem as you describe. I finally unloaded the "said"
check to load at start up and manually loaded ZA after everything else
was loaded. I never could figure out the problem with the load
sequence.
About a year later, I reinstalled everything on my computer (clean
install) and ZA was back to it's happy self at startup. Btw, my
computer is an older Pentium and I wondered if the lack of Ram (64
meg) and the processer were not up to the load task sequence.
