Your best bet is to talk to your ISP about this. You should find out what
they already have in place and whether they can configure their firewall for
some of your needs. From there look at what else you may need and what the
ISP is best suited to handle. I would think it best for you to have as much
control of access permissions as possible and since you will have some
limitations to physical access you will probably want a hardware device
since that will provide the best uptime possible. If your servers are
rack-mounted you might want a rack-mounted hardware device that provides
remote management via a web browser.
You can then configure it to allow remote management from anywhere you wish
and reconfigure it as your needs change.
