This is the situation:

a) We currently have some servers hosted with Dell Host
b) They take to long to reboot our servers (sometimes 2hrs) if we have
a problem
c) We would like to move our servers to a local ISP so we have
physical access for issues
d) We will have two servers behind the firewall, an IIS Server and a
Database Server
e) We are leaning toward sometype of firewall which is GUI based that
we can administer from the home office.
f) No VPN will be required.
g) Port forwarding should be included
