I'm running 98 on both machines. Took a look at WinProxy, thought I
liked the documentation, am trying the trial. So far though, I
haven't even been able to get the two machines to see each other! I'm
not using a hub, since its just the two machines. I have identical
10/100
nics, hooked back to back Cat5 but they aren't lighting up. I believe
they are good. I've only got one other nic to try, and its built into
the gigabyte mobo, but it doesn't do it either.
