First of all, if file sharing is enabled, disable it. Secondly, run
regedit and go to
HKLM
Software
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion
Run
Look through the run folder, see if there is anything that doesn't
belong.
Also, look at the task manager to view all the processes.
If not of that works, install the free version of zone alarm.
