The vast majority of the time my pc is not networked and is in High security
mode.

When the internet zone security is HIGH it is described by ZAP as "Stealth
Mode. Your computer is hidden and protected fro hackers. Sharing is not
allowed. This setting is recommended to the internet zone.

When the internet zone security is MEDIUM it is described by ZAP as "Visible
but protected mode. Co,puters can see your computer but cannot share its
resources. Incoming NetBIOS is blocked. This setting is recommended for
temporary use in the internet zone.
