I personally think that the first response of format c:\ would be the best
thing you can do to a computer running winme. However if you're dead set on
that pos os, right click on the IE shortcut and confirm that it is indeed
pointing to the correct executable. You and always right click on the
desktop and create new shortcut and make another one for IE also.
