I know what *you* mean, Dave, but I don't think you're reading him right.

It's the same for me. I tried using AtGuard with W2Kpro on a dial-up and
AtGuard just will not detect a new app trying to get out - and pop up the
rule assistant. The app just goes right on out and makes a connection. I
gave up.
