I run them both and am very happy with the set up.I think one compliments
the other.The only prooblem I have had personally with blackice and
onother programme conflicting is with voptxp (a defragging and swap file
moving programme)It will get to the "finishing up" stage but just goes on
forever unless blackice is shutdown completley.
