Uh, here's an idea:
1) the university computers belong to the university. as such, any attempt
to compromise admin's security on them will be vandalism, and could result
in fines and/or expulsion from the university.
2) you are the #1 person that causes your admins to have trouble sleeping,
job-related stress, etc, due to those like you who try to "hack" or "get
around" firewalls and other security measures. If you asked them, and they
don't want to open those ports (i.e. "impossible"), then that should be
enough. These people have a lot of political and job-related power at the
university, so I wouldn't want to be on their bad side. Most aren't
vindictive, but you don't want to press your luck.

If you want to play online games, get cable in your dorm room and get a
cable or dsl modem, etc, your own computer, etc, and play it that way.
Besides, aren't you at the university to learn?
