I'd like to find out what in BlackICE is stopping that. One of the
sites that uses the trick to get business was actually associated with
Network ICE and it was pointed out at the time that BlackICE would do
nothing to stop a simple script.
Maybe they added something to a later release. I am using BlackICE
Server Protection v3.5.cdf

I suspect that your machine allows Internet Explorer to do lots of
things when an outside source tells it to. Otherwise you wouldn't do
much surfing.
