Winkdx.exe ??

Can anyone tell me anything about an application file in the
../Windows/System folder named winkdx.exe that is trying to access assorted
IP addresses? Sygate started asking for permission today, so I suspect one
of my kids might have picked up something in an e-mail... I have the appl.
blocked , but it seems to keep trying to get access.
