Are BOTH of the following utilities available in NIS 2002 Pro or only in

I can generate "undefined" categorization in NIS 3/4.

Yes, given that he's talking about NIS 2002 Pro, this would be an
excellent suggestion. That would definitely give Symantec something to
start with.
Still, I think it may well be critical that he sit down and think about
what he may have done prior to experiencing the problem and also
_document_ that (and you know why).
