I've also had Zone Alarm Pro lose all of its settings. My most recent
problem was with my network. I have a DSL Home Portal modem/network and
when I installed ZA Pro, I set each computer in the others Trusted Zone.
Everything worked fine until one morning when I started up, ZA kept blocking
the second computer from accessing the first and vice-versa. The settings
were correct on both computers, each having the other in the Trusted Zone
and security set to Medium.

Everything had worked up until the night before when I shut down everything.
I had to uninstall ZA from both machines to get everything back to normal.
I re-installed ZA in both machines and it worked ok for a while and then the
same thing happened again. It's just flaky. I have given up on it.
