If you are using this within a business without permission keep in mind you
will probably end up blocking something that your company does not want
blocked so beware of the consequences if this is the case. I strongly
suggest asking permission in the first place if this applies. Your best bet
is to find out if you can do this and if so what access and services can't
be blocked so that any necessary network administration or access is not
denied. If you are allowed to do this and they will not assist you come back
with a list of necessary services you need to leave available and you will
be better assisted. And who know maybe you are not at work?

Basically your desire and probably need to have file and print sharing and
other NetBios services available may make a firewall a fruitless solution to
start with. You may be better served simply by putting private files in a
directory that is not shared, on a volume that has no administration or
other share, using an encryption program, password protecting documents
themselves, and using some sort of program that will alert you or log when
someone is trying to access your computer or files.
