It seems that Kerio uses downloads/uploads at these kinds of bitrates (4KB/s
and 2 KB/s) ONLY when the corresponding windows are opened. In normal
functionning (systray), there is no or unsignificant additionnal overload.

Good product, even if I am very sad to remove the Outpost plug-ins...
