The two files you mention are definitely development files that are used to
compile java components for MTS. Are the source files specifically for
linking MTS capabilities, samples, or are some of the source directories
suspicious? If you have MTS installed on the machine look to see what
components are installed there. I would suspect there is some logical
probably non-malicious explanation.
