Thanks for your suggestion. We do dial in RAS now for a few users. It
doesn't address the travelling remote user who has broadband access in a
hotel or kiosk or even at home with broadband and they are limited to modem
speed for file transfer. To accommodate the new users we would need more
modems, phone lines and long distance charges.

I don't need to do this cheaply but within reason. It must be secure and
work well. The TS server would be nice because users would see something
familiar (important request). I am looking to provide a secure access method
that accomodates both mobile and remote users. So a secure access method
that is setup by using a browser and downloading an applet sounds appealing.
