ZoneAlarm stops running under Win98

System: Windows98 getting internet connection over LAN from a Win2K
box with Internet Connection Sharing enabled (ISDN connection).

When ZoneAlarm starts (either at boot or when I manually start it) it
runs for about 60 seconds then it stops running (the system tray icon
disappears and it is not in the list of running tasks (Ctrl-Alt-Del).

I've updated to the latest release (v3) but it does the same thing
that v2 did.
