Yeah, that would be true if the router was not using DHCP. But if you're
using DHCP and wanted to do Port Forwarding to a static IP and the Device IP
started at 192.168.1.1, then the router's static IP(s) that the router will
recognize or that can be entered at the Port Forwarding Admin screen start
at 198.168.1.2 through 99. The DHCP IP(s) start at 192.168.1.100. So from
that aspect, those are the limited static IP(s) that can be configured.

Yeah, you can use any of the non DHCP IP(s), but you cannot configure them
unless the Device IP happens to start at that range too and then the
limitation applies again. You can disable the DHCP and then they are all
static IP(s) and still the limitation applies as to which ones can be
configured..
