[NIS2003] ActiveX Permissions Problem (bug?)

I have 'ActiveX Control Security' set to 'Medium: Prompt me each
time'.

When I visited the site, 'diyfixit.co.uk', I was prompted twice with
an 'ActiveX Alert' asking "What do you want to do?"; as I considered
this a trusted site, for each I selected 'Permit' and checked
'Always use this action'.

Where I would expect to find separate entries for sites ending in
'.co.uk', in the 'Norton Internet Security/Site List', I found
something looking like...

|_.co.uk (ActiveX set to Permit)
| |_site1.co.uk (ActiveX settings unchanged)
| |_site2.co.uk (ditto)
| |_site3.co.uk (ditto)

... with an entry for 'diyfixit.co.uk' nowhere to be seen.

I had to manually enter the site with the correct permissions.

This is not the behavior I expected .
(I wonder if this is the same for 'Java Applet Securiy' settings?)

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

P.S. Yes Neo, I have posted this to Symantec support.
