HI, I had Zone Alarm 3.1 Pro and ditched it because of Zone Lab's poor
support response, which is to say, none.
I tried Outpost and within 1/2 hour it crashed Windows XP, so I tried Sygate
Pro 5.0 and it has worked fine so far.
