I didn't find that word in my Webster, but I guess you mean
philate_l_y. However, I have no idea why anybody would bring up stamp
collecting in this context.

As to the source, you only said: "The source is right in front of your
eyes." Nothing about that the place of the source isn't announced
where it ought to be, i.e. in the announcement which started this thread.
However, the sentence you wrote just now suggest that you have
free unmetered access to the internet and are unable to understand
that other people pay for that. More below.
