We seem to be getting closer. If I set security medium for the
internet zone AND customize by setting "allow outgoing TCP ports",
then I can connect to Agent.

I also tried your suggestion to "Allow ONLY ports/ News Servers. Did
not work at high internet zone security! I AM using Zone Alarm Pro,

Funny, I did not have any of these problems two weeks ago - before I
had problems installing a new driver for an ethernet NIC and had to
reinstall parts of Windows.

Incidentaly, the other program, WinMX (MP3 file sharing), also works
at Medium internet zone security.

I think my next step is to uninstall ICS. It's too #@%*XX#* slow
anyway.
