  This is where the pop-up setting is on my NIS 2002:
Go to the main Norton Internet Security Screen (double-click icon in
system tray).
Click on options, then go to Internet Security (if you have SystemWorks
installed.)
Click on Advanced Options.
Click on the 'Active Content' tab.
The settings here will affect whatever is highlighted in the left window.
One of the options is 'Block Script Popups only.' If (Default) is
selected, then all popups should be blocked. If you do need popups on a
specific site, you can add them to the list and override the settings.
