Who is? No one really. The closest thing to Democracy we have on this
planet are Oligarchies like Amerika, Europe, etc. Seems like those
without connections and $$$ will never stop being abused. Microsoft
being a perfect example of how the whole thing works.

Rich boy Bill Gates uses his daddy's $$$ and connections to rip off
some honest hackers and developers to create his phony empire. He was
someone the hackers mistrusted from the beginning. Then he drives his
competitors out of business by dumping his standards on the market and
illegally manipulating distribution channels. Windoze is then
enthroned as the de facto mainstream standard and everyone else, often
with superior products or greater potential, is screwed.
