First, try to repair ZA. Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs >
select ZA Pro 3, then click Support Information. It may let you repair the
program. If not, you may want to uninstall it. Also, after reboot, you
will need to somehow find a list of all files and registry entries it made,
so that you can delete them all, or you can just look for them yourself.
Remove all traces of it.
Then reinstall it.
If that doesn't work, ask ZA tech support.
