Norton Personal Firewall Settings for ICUII

I have a program called ICUII which is a video e-mail program. It is not a
recognized program with Norton, so I need to set the Firewall rules. ICUII
gives the information regarding TCP/UDP local and remote ports,
bi-directional ect...... I need help in figuring out how to enter the
information. Norton help has not helped me at all. Does anyone out there
use this program with Norton?????
