Thanks for answering. The client OSs will be either Win2k Pro or XP
Pro. There may be one laptop with Windows 98 that will need to
connect. The clients will need access to resources such as Oracle
databases, File server, Exchange mail server. I'm wondering really how
they will be able to open a VPN connection
and then access resources normally without having to use net use
commands and what not. I also wonder how ODBC will work over a VPN
connection. I guess
I could setup a simple batch file that will automtically map drives.
Any help with info on how a VPN client can utilize network services as
a regular user
on a network would be great. Thanks.
