I am getting frustrated with their technical support or maybe I am stupid.
I asked them about the port 1900 thing and they came back telling me to make
changes to the MTU of my WAN side. Could someone please explain to me why
changing the WAN is going to make a differance when the packets can not even
get past the LAN and they are coming from the internal network. Tech Suport
also told me to make changes to the GROUP VPN. Now I am really confused.

As to your advice, I turned off the UPNP service on the XP boxes and I still
get the same thing. If I turn the computer off another XP box starts doing
it but they both never do it at the same time. I am gettting really
confused. Need help.
