Cisco VPN access thru Netscreen 10

I'm trying to get a desktop PC that uses Cisco VPN client software (version
5.0) to connect to several remote sites thru our Netscreen 10. The remote
sites are Cisco Pix. The VPN connects and creates a secure connection but
the user can't access any of the trusted systeems. I also can't ping any of
ther servers.
