You shouldn't use it if it's blocked, but if you insist on using it try
setting it to use a remote proxy (search for free proxy server list,
look for recent ones running on port 80) or use something like HTTPort
(Http tunneling software). Your admin might have even allowed socks
proxies, they run on port 1080. Or you could use a program like zebedee
and a proxy on an outside computer.
