Sorry guy but if you want Live Update then those PCs will have web access
as well. Live update uses port 80/HTTP to grab its data so you would
need to allow outgoing TCP port 80 traffic from those hosts. When you do
this they will also be able to browse the web.

A kinda of workaround would be to place the correct entry for
liveupdate.symantec.com (ping it to find the IP address) in their HOSTS
files (for Win NT/2000/XP that is located at c:\winnt\system32\drivers
\etc) and then to NOT assign them any DNS Servers.
