Do you want to contradict yourself or just give an answer without a
question? The point is you can't secure your web server with a firewall
if it's open.

Well then shed a light on your Blackice. Please tell me what exactly
Blackice does besides blocking traffic and probably managing some
checksums of applications it knows.
