block lists?

Is there any way to get a list of IPs to block for various reasons,
such as to block pornography, etcetera? I'd like to know, hopefully I
can get things to work so that I can block pornography, but the only way
I can figure out is to block indvidual IPs as I locate various services.
And I don't really want to block netblocks unless it's reasonably
obvious that the whole netblock is pornography. Any help you can offer?
Any place to get a list that other people are using?
