Router Firewall Recommendation

A couple of years ago I installed a DSL router and two print servers in an
office with 7 computers and 4 printers. In order to provide the maximum in
security, I installed Norton Internet Security (pro edition) and Norton
AntiVirus on each computer. I setup NIS so that the employees could only go
to selected web sites. NIS has continually caused slowdowns and
configuration problems. My thought now is to get one of the new Firewall
protected routers (from Netgear for example) and remove NIS from all of the
computers. Any thoughts? Thanks....
