I'm not playing a guessing game with you. PHYSICALLY add a network card.
Wire the new card into your switch/hub. Make it part of the same subnet as
the first LAN card. But don't have any filtering rules on it. When your LAN
clients want to talk to Internet hosts, have them use the original LAN card
address as the gateway, as you're setup now. When they want to pull files
from the Winroute gateway, have them use the IP address of the new LAN card.
