SonicWALL filtering of Usenet

I've been asking questions of the SonicWALL support staff, but I seem
to have found a tech who doesn't know what Usenet is. My interaction
with him follows, quoted below. If anyone knows the answer to my
question I would appreciate any advice, thanks in advance.

At this point a reply is still pending, but I don't think he'll be of
much help unless he hands the issue over to someone who knows what
Usenet is.
