Depends on what address and port it's going to or requesting. If it's
requesting to 127.0.0.x or your local IP class, allow it full access, but
only to that IP class. If you're on local LAN, you should "punch a hole"
into your IP class for any program. For example, if your local LAN class is
10.0.0.1, you should punch a hole from 10.0.0.0 to 10.0.0.255 (due to it
using the .0 and .255 as a type of default loopback protocol).
By the way, remember that port numbers are only for what type of service
it's requesting. Theoretically you could use any port for anything you
want, but that's what port numbers are for: to help the machine know what
type of service it's wanting.
