Secure Link To Multiple Vendors

Here's my scenario:

I have three different vendors which I need to connect, through the
Internet (DS-3). I need to encrypt the data going in and out. Within
our building complex, we have three seperated areas for employees who
work with the three different vendors. For example, Area 1 works with
vendor 1, Area 2 works with vendor 2, Area 3 works with vendor 3.
These networks must be physically and logically seperated from
eachother.

Note, however, all of these networks must share the same physical
internet connection (DS-3).

I understand that I need to employ DMZ's and user some sort of
firewall and IP filtering, but I am not exactly sure how to design for
this scenario.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
