The trick to this one is making the SQL server think the remote client
using netscreen remote is coming into the network using an internal
(non routable IP Address Range)

At present the SQL server see's the public NATTed address of your DSL.

Look into using DIP on the incoming policy

something like this

>From Dialup VPN
To Local LAN
NAT ON DIP xxxxxx
Encrypt
