Yes, because the gateway machine still has ZoneAlarm running as a service
which will continue to stealth/block ports on that machine. Try it by going
to a grc.com shields up on the client machine under the conditions you are
concerned about.
I do agree with the Duane that you would be better off, getting a router in
addition to running a personal firewall/antivirus software on all of the
machines on the NAT network behind the router. Routers are very inexpensive
and many require very little if any setup.
