Jim,
There have been several posts re removing ZoneAlarm. It must be
completely removed before installing an older version. Search Google
for complete details, but, here is what I remember.
Open Zone Control Panel and uncheck Open on startup. Reboot (ZA
should not be running).
Go to Windows\Internet Logs\ and delete all files (.tmp .rdb .ldb
zalog.txt)
Open registry and search all keys, data, and values for Zone, and
delete all keys
Do the same for True Vector (or is it TrueVector?)
Reboot
Now install ZA 2.6
Again, this is from memory.
