I'm very familiar with the setup pages of the router. Been in there many
times.

Yes, it's broadband. It's said to be for DSL or Cable.

We have upgraded the firmware several times, including a few weeks ago.

As far as I know, they are all setup properly. We've had no other
problems.

Just that we cannot communicate with *anything* if the cards are set at
100-full duplex. On 10-full duplex, everything works perfectly fine, but
it's very slow for copying files between machines. I gave more details in
my other response, and will provide any other answers I can.
