I'd ask Symantec. If you have to, if you use Win2k / Winxp, you can pop the
cd back in, go to add/remove programs, find norton personal firewall and
click (krap i've drawn a blank) support options or something like that (NOT
remove), and it should give you the option to repair it. Do that, and see
if that helps.
