    What program[s] is it specifically? You say you have given it
permissions in ZA Program Controls. Are there 4 green check marks shown
after the program name? Unless there are blue question marks, you should
not receive a popup window when loading ... unless your Component Control is
set to High. Try setting this to Medium (with Component Control enabled).
The setting can be found in the Main tab of Program Control.
