I am using Win/98se and ZA ver 2.6.362. If Zone Alarm is not running,
I cannot access the internet at all. When I tried to update to the
latest version of ZA from the ZA Control Panel, it opens an IE5.5
session (I am in Netscape 4.78) and quits responding. I tried
downloading the 3.1.395 version (which yielded file zaSetup_1001.exe
with size 3694 KB) and installing it. Several files were reported
missing (.dlls, etc.) and would not install. Until I reinstalled
Version 2.6.362 I could not get back on the interent.

I have been contemplating recommending this product to people for whom
I consult, but with no tech support available and such weird problems
I am going to have to re-think that. I installed a new pc for a
friend today and installed the new version of ZA without problems. Go
figure!

Any help on the above would be greatly appreciated.
